BIO

Melita Silberstein is a singer-songwriter, sound healer, and music specialist for young children, based out of Berkeley.  She facilitates ceremonial experiences as well as life cycle events for people of all ages, and has also been offering experiential music circles for kids for over fifteen years.  Melita is also a prayer leader and freelance cantorial soloist in the Jewish community, and is the founder and musical director for the band for kids, Octopretzel.

She has recorded 12 full-length albums over the past two decades, and is currently collaborating with the renowned electronic music producer Entheo on a series of tracks intended to support transformation, healing and awakening.
