Born where the river meets the ocean in Oporto, Portugal, Mariana has been listening, learning, siting and singing around fireplaces, walking in mountains, dancing, and attending sacred pilgrimages with indigenous elders and tribes of various traditions around the Earth.

Her connection to music is through pure devotion and signing to the Great Spirit.

Mariana has released three albums and has shared stages with beautiful musicians all over the world.

She also has been holding sweat lodges since 2012, has her own vegetarian catering service, and a clothing brand called “Tartaruga Wear.”
