BIO

Delfina Mun Akarâ Huitzilcuicani is a visionary who’s paintings and music interweave expressing the healing, transformation and great mystery of praying with the sacred plants and animals of our Mother Earth, with tenderness and intricate detail.

Her study of the ancestral voice has roots in her homeland Puelmapu, and is enhanced by her deep studies in the Amazon Rainforest with the Madha and Yawanawa people. Delfina is a devoted student of traditional indigenous knowledge, learning from her elders as she shares her unique voice and arts in ceremonies around the world.

Keeper of the Teocali Quetzalcoatl altar, Delfina travels throughout Abya Yala - Anahuak praying for the waters, preserving culture and land, as an activist with profound love for the lands that formed her. She currently holds retreats in Costa Rica. Her melodies and heart warming voice stay with people long after the retreats, as her force and dedication inspire and empower women, contributing to the rebalancing of humanity.
