Adrian Freedman’s musical path has been inspired and shaped by musical traditions from around the world. Along his spiritual quest, and the many musical collaborations, there has always been an interest in the world of music for meditation, devotional practice, sacred rituals and ceremonies, and healing.

Adrian is a master musician specializing in the Japanese Zen shakuhachi flute. He spent 7 years living in Kyoto immersed in Buddhist practice. He also lived for 3 years in forest communities of Brazil, immersed in medicine music rituals.

Adrian has released 15 albums, and has received medicine songbooks with over 150 original songs and chants.

His evolving music contains a message for our times. Providing a space for healing, peace and reclaiming the stillness of the heart. Transcendental acoustic music for the modern era.
